Why Bloodwork Matters
Pets are great at hiding discomfort. By the time they show us something is wrong, the problem may already be more advanced. Routine bloodwork helps us look under the surface and check how your pet’s organs are doing, whether their blood cells are balanced, and if their thyroid or other systems are in good shape. For puppies and kittens, bloodwork helps us make sure they are starting on the right paw. For senior pets, it is specifically important to track age-related changes and see problems before they slow your buddy down. Whether your pet is young, old, or somewhere in between, these tests give us information we simply can’t get any other way.
